  Job Summary

  Kuwait National English School is seeking dedicated and compassionate Special Educators to support students with diverse learning needs. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and support staff to deliver individualized educational programs that promote academic, social, and emotional development.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and support students with special educational needs (SEN) through assessment and observation

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) aligned with school curriculum

  • Adapt teaching strategies, materials, and assessments to meet individual learning requirements

  • Provide one-to-one and small-group instruction as needed

  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, counselors, and parents to monitor student progress

  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation

  • Support students’ behavioral, emotional, and social development

  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs
